We also deliver EP, WO, (PCT), JP (Japanese) , GB (Great Britain/United Kingdom), and DE (German) Patents and Applications in TIF and PDF formats. We have agreements with 2 worldwide vendors and we also go directly to some of the authorities to acquire these images for you.  Every Foreign document is $2.25 (no matter the size).

Combined Documents: With our U.S. patent and applications, we can combined all doucments on the order into one large document file for easy printing or file handling (at no extra cost). This is different than a ZIP file - the pages of all the file actually become one big document!. Correction pages (X6) and ReExams are always attached to the primary document at NO EXTRA COST.

ZIP all documents up into an Archive file for downloading:  This option will add all of the documents you order into one ZIP Archive file to download from our web site. SOme people find this easier that downloading multiple files. The only thing you need is an UNZipping Program such as WInzip or PKUnzip or 7Zip or any number of others available.

Accounts can have up to 100 individual users and docket numbers automatically go onto your invoices and statement line items: We understand the importance of your firm being able to bill the documents back to your clients, and it must be accurate and in a timely fashion. We also know that invoices for items ordered over the Internet don't always make it back to accounting, like most offices require. Frankly, it's just difficult to track all of this information (yes, it's information overload).  Can you imagine tracking and billing all the document orders for  96 attorneys working on 250 different cases in 5 different offices? We imagined it, and that's why we help you keep it all straight!  At the end of the month, we send a PDF copy of every Internet invoice (one per Internet order) to your email billing address  (or postal mail,  if you desire it). We also make sure that if you entered a docket number, it made it onto the invoice!  Finally, on your monthly statement where we summarize the orders, each line item has the order number, your docket (as entered on our form), and the first patent number or item description on that order. Our motto around here is: "When accounting's happy, everybody's happy!" 

With 5 different delivery methods for US and Foreign documents, one of them is ideally suited for your Internet connection speed and type. We will give you 10 free patent image documents to test the different delivery methods (just call and ask us): 
   1)  Direct download from our servers (links on your order page),
   2)  Download links sent to you in the body of an email message
   3)  Image files emailed to you as attachments (one per email message)
   4)  Images on the order are compressed into a single ZIP file to download directly (or link sent via email)
   5)  All images copied onto a CD or DVD-ROM.

Printed Patents and Applications - If you need printed patents, we can also print them on high quality white, 20 lb paper, stapled or color page separated.  Our Library Quality printed patents are 3 hole punched, printed single or double sided, and they are ideal for printed collections in office libraries and for large professional Search Reports in 3 ring binders.  Our Library Quality printed patents use HammerMill Fore MP FLATSTAK^®brand paper with almost UN-TEAR-ABLE binding edges. The entire 3 hole edge is reinforced!!
